اولياء الأمور الكرام السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

أود أن أحيطكم علما بأننا أنهينا المقرر الدراسي لهذه الفترة قراءة وكتابة سواء كانت - امتحان في درس القراءة أو النصوص أو اختبارات فجائية قصيرة لمعرفة مدى استيعاب التلاميذ لما درس

 

هذا إلى جانب التعبير الشفهي ( الاستماع إلى القرص المدمج فالإجابة عن الأسئلة الموجهة ثم تلخيص المسموع بأسلوب التلميذ) أو التعبير الكتابي. أما في مادة القواعد تعرف تلاميذنا الأعزاء

 

على الأسماء الخمسة وإعرابها ثم التطبيق عليها بتدريبات من الكتاب المدرسي وأنشطة خارجية مناسبة لمستوى التلاميذ.

 

في هذه الفترة سنتاول في القراءة موضوع سيف الله المسلول  وفي النصوص سنتناول نصا يتناسب مع موضوع درس القراءة وهو (عمر ورسول كسرى) لأمير الشعراء أحمد شوقي

 

أما في القواعد فسوف نتوقف عند اسم الفاعل هذا إلى جاانب الأنشطة الأخرى مثل الاستماع - التلخيص- كتابة فقرات حول موضوع معين وأبحاث تتعلق بمواضيع القراءة.

Science Project Evaluation

 

I hope that my email finds you in the best of your health. I would like to make some clarification regarding the Science Fair due date.  

February 8th: Final check : Students do not have to  bring their projects to school. They do their own check at home and finalize their presentation board according to the example shown in the guide. If they want me to have a look at their work, they can bring it tomorrow and I will check it but it is not mandatory.

February 12th: students must bring their project to school for evaluation.

 

February 20th: Abraar School Science Fair. Students selected after the evaluation will present in the gym on this day.

 



Quran: Update from Tr. Samia

Alhamdullah We are about to finish reciting and memorizing Surat Al.Mujadalah , we will have  a test on the second half of the surah (Aya 12-22) on Monday Februray 25 Insha Allah. . This test will be on Tajweed rules, reading rules and memorization of the surah . so please practice with your child using this website and go to Sheikh Ibrahim Alakhadar: http://quran.ksu.edu.sa

Gauss Math Contest

 

Assalamualaikoum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh

Dear Parents/Guardians:

I am glad to announce that Abraar School will participate in Gauss Math Contest of the Centre of Education in Mathematics and Computing (CEMC) at the University of Waterloo.

Students can prepare at home for the contest by using questions along with the solutions from previous contests that are posted on the website by the Math Dept. of Waterloo University. In addition, I will arrange weekly sessions during lunch time till the contest day to further prepare the students.

Individual Awards:

- The top three highest scores will receive a medal and everyone will receive a certificate of participation from Waterloo University.

- A Certificate of Distinction is provided for each student scoring in the top 25% in their

I encourage all students to participate and gain the benefits from competing in such events.

The registration fee for the competition is $10 per student. Every participant will receive a complimentary T-Shirt. An application sent home today.

The deadline of submitting applications is Friday Feb 8th,2013
